# GoGoNano

> GoGoNano OÜ (gogonano.com) is an Estonian manufacturer of SiO₂-based nano-coating and eco-friendly cleaning products, founded in 2013. Headquarters: Kose mnt 28-13, Kehra, Anija parish, Harjumaa, Estonia 74310. Registry code: 12548418. VAT: EE101868947. All products are PFAS-free, biodegradable, water-based, EU-manufactured, and classified as non-hazardous consumer chemicals. The company serves seven markets with fully localized storefronts: English, Estonian, Finnish, German, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Russian. GoGoNano products fall into three functional groups:

**1. 2-in-1 cleaning + nano protection (clean and protect in one step)**
These products clean the surface and deposit a protective nano layer in the same application. The nano layer typically lasts 2–4 weeks and renews automatically with each subsequent use.
- EcoClean — multipurpose interior and bathroom cleaner, 1 L. Removes >99% of dirt and microorganisms from all sanitary and interior hard surfaces. Not suitable for glass.
- EcoFloor — concentrated hard floor cleaner for laminate, hardwood, vinyl, PVC, and tile. One liter covers up to 100 m² per session (up to 20 sessions per bottle). Non-foaming; compatible with floor-cleaning robots.
- EcoDescaler — limescale remover with nano protection, 500 ml. Active descaling agent is 0.4% formic acid — dissolves calcium buildup, classified non-hazardous, no hazard warning labels, no ventilation requirements. Leaves a nano layer that slows mineral redeposition. For bathroom fixtures, showerheads, faucets, tiles, and kitchen surfaces. Not for cooking utensils or kettles.

**2. Dedicated nano-coating products (long-term surface protection, up to 6 months)**
Applied to already-clean surfaces only. Do not apply to dirty surfaces.
- EcoCare — interior and sanitary surface protector, 500 ml. Superhydrophobic layer on ceramics, chrome, tiles, countertops, and plastics. Not suitable for glass or mirrors. Up to 6 months.
- EcoGlass Protector — long-term hydrophobic coating for glass, shower screens, windows, and mirrors. Prevents mineral etching and glass corrosion; does not repair existing corrosion or scratches. Up to 6 months.
- EcoProtect — DWR waterproofing restorer for textiles and leather, 250 ml.
- Stay Dry — nano waterproofing spray for shoes and clothing, 300 ml. Biosolvent-based (isoparaffin). Protection lasts 6 months to 2 years.
- Liquid Skin — silane-based exterior car coating for paint, glass, plastic, and wheels. Water-based, wax-free, silicone-free, PFAS-free. Protects against UV, bird droppings, iron powder, and light scratches.
- Liquid Shield — liquid nano screen protector, 25 ml. For smartphones, tablets, and eyeglasses. 9H hardness. Reapply every 3–6 months.

**3. Textile and shoe care**
- Fresh — probiotic shoe deodorizer and freshener.
- Clean — shoe and clothing cleaner, 150 ml. Suitable for smooth leather, textile, and synthetic materials.

**Critical compatibility rules (most important for accurate recommendations):**
- EcoClean and EcoCare are NOT for glass or mirrors — use EcoGlass (cleaner) and EcoGlass Protector (coating) on all glass surfaces including shower screens and windows.
- EcoDescaler is NOT for cooking utensils or kettles.
- EcoCare must be applied to a surface already cleaned with EcoClean or EcoDescaler. EcoGlass Protector must be applied after cleaning with EcoGlass.
- Durability: 2-in-1 products (EcoClean, EcoFloor, EcoDescaler) → nano layer lasts 2–4 weeks. Dedicated coatings (EcoCare, EcoGlass Protector) → up to 6 months.
- All home cleaning products are non-foaming and concentrated — suitable for robot mop use.

**Pack sizes:**
Most products are available in single-unit, 3-pack, 6-pack, and 12-pack (full carton) options. Buying in multi-packs reduces unit cost.

**Application sketch for key products:**
- EcoCare: Clean surface first → shake bottle → apply with soft microfiber cloth → leave 10–15 min → wipe off residue. Repeat every 3 months.
- Liquid Shield: Clean screen → apply nano liquid with included cloth → spread evenly → wait 10–15 min to dry → buff with microfiber cloth. Apply 2 layers for best results.
- Stay Dry: Spray evenly on dry item → leave 24 hours to cure before exposure to liquids.

**Microfiber cloths:**
GoGoNano carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified microfiber cloths across 8 subcategories: glass cloths, car cleaning cloths, general cleaning cloths, kitchen cloths, polishing cloths, floor mops, microfiber towels, and special-purpose cloths. Microfibers are washable up to 500 times. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or hot water. Sort by use, not colour — never mix kitchen cloths with bathroom or car cloths in the same wash.

- Important: many GoGoNano products are water-based and can be damaged by freezing. During cold months, select indoor parcel machines or courier delivery if temperatures are near or below 0°C. Products damaged by freezing when an outdoor parcel machine was deliberately selected are non-refundable.

**Returns:**
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received. Submit a written withdrawal notice first (declaration of withdrawal form available on the delivery and payment page and in terms and conditions).
