Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to approved affiliates participating in the GoGoNano Affiliate Program. They supplement the GoGoNano General Terms and Conditions, which remain in force where not overridden below. In the event of conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.

1. Scope of Application

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the GoGoNano Affiliate Program operated by GOGONANO OÜ (registry code 12548418, VAT EE101868947, Kose mnt 28–13, Kehra, Harjumaa, Estonia 74310; info@gogonano.com).

The program allows approved affiliates to promote GoGoNano products sold through the regular GoGoNano webshop using an affiliate referral link and/or affiliate coupon code. When a qualifying webshop order is attributed to an approved affiliate, the affiliate may earn commission under these terms.

2. Affiliate Account Approval

Affiliate access is available only to applicants reviewed and approved by GoGoNano. Approval is at GoGoNano’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

GoGoNano may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account at any time if the application is incomplete, unsuitable, inconsistent with the GoGoNano brand, connected to prohibited activity, inactive, or otherwise not a good fit for the program.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

The program is open to individuals and companies who can promote GoGoNano responsibly and receive SEPA bank-transfer payouts in EUR, including customers, creators, bloggers, publishers, reviewers, communities, and commercial partners.

Affiliates must apply while logged in to a GoGoNano customer account and must provide accurate account, contact, application, and payout information. Affiliates are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

GoGoNano B2B, wholesale, reseller, or trade buyer accounts are not eligible to apply for the affiliate program from the same account. If an approved affiliate also has business, wholesale, reseller, or B2B activity with GoGoNano, those B2B or wholesale orders are excluded from commission.

4. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and/or affiliate coupon code. Affiliate links and coupon codes are assigned to the affiliate account and may not be sold, transferred, or shared for use by another person or entity without written approval from GoGoNano.

Coupon attribution takes priority over referral-link attribution. If a customer uses an affiliate coupon, the coupon determines affiliate attribution even if a referral cookie from another affiliate exists.

Referral-link tracking may depend on customer cookie consent, browser settings, privacy tools, device behavior, and technical limitations. GoGoNano does not guarantee that every click, visit, or order can be tracked.

5. Commission

The default affiliate commission is 10% of qualifying referred GoGoNano webshop order value.

Commission is calculated from qualifying GoGoNano webshop product totals after discounts and excludes VAT, shipping, fees, gift cards, refunds, cancelled items, chargebacks, B2B or wholesale orders, reseller orders, self-referrals, and fraudulent orders.

Commission rates may vary by affiliate, campaign, market, or written agreement. If a different rate applies, it must be approved by GoGoNano in writing.

Commission is not earned until the order is qualifying, paid, not cancelled, not refunded, not fraudulent, and approved under the program rules.

6. Non-Qualifying Orders

The following do not qualify for commission:

B2B, wholesale, reseller, trade, internal, or other orders outside the normal GoGoNano webshop customer flow.
Orders placed by the affiliate using their own link or coupon.
Orders placed by close coordination for self-referral, referral rings, or artificial commission generation.
Cancelled, failed, refunded, fully returned, charged back, or unpaid orders.
Orders connected to fraud, abuse, spam, misleading promotion, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake traffic, or technical manipulation.
Orders where the customer uses an unauthorized or expired coupon.
Orders that GoGoNano reasonably determines are not valid affiliate referrals.

If an order is partially refunded or adjusted, GoGoNano may reduce the commission. If commission was already paid before a refund, GoGoNano may record a negative adjustment and offset it against a future payout.

7. Customer Discount

The default customer discount is 5% on qualifying GoGoNano webshop orders when an affiliate coupon is used. Discount rules may vary by market, campaign, or written agreement.

GoGoNano may change, disable, or withdraw affiliate coupon codes where necessary for fraud prevention, technical reasons, campaign management, pricing changes, or policy compliance.

8. Payouts

Commissions are first recorded as pending. Pending commissions may be approved after the payout delay and refund review period, currently 30 days, if the order remains qualifying.

The minimum payout threshold is EUR 50 in approved unpaid commission. Payouts are manual and are made by SEPA bank transfer using the payout details provided in the affiliate dashboard. Non-SEPA payout methods are not currently supported.

Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payout details, including payout name, payout email, and an IBAN or bank account setup capable of receiving SEPA payments where required. GoGoNano is not responsible for failed or delayed payouts caused by incorrect, outdated, or non-SEPA-compatible payout details.

GoGoNano may withhold, delay, offset, or cancel a payout if it needs to review suspicious activity, refund risk, fraud risk, policy violations, tax or compliance issues, or inaccurate payout information.

9. Taxes and Invoicing

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, invoices, declarations, or similar obligations that apply to their affiliate income.

GoGoNano may request additional information if needed for accounting, payout, tax, anti-fraud, or compliance purposes.

10. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must promote GoGoNano honestly, lawfully, and responsibly.

Affiliates must not:

Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about GoGoNano products.
Claim that GoGoNano products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases unless such claims are explicitly approved by GoGoNano in writing.
Present themselves as employees, agents, official representatives, or legal partners of GoGoNano.
Create websites, social profiles, ads, or domains that could be confused with official GoGoNano channels.
Use spam, unsolicited messages, fake reviews, misleading redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, bots, or artificial traffic.
Bid on GoGoNano brand terms in paid search or paid social ads without written approval.
Publish affiliate coupons on coupon sites, deal directories, browser extensions, or cashback platforms without written approval.
Promote GoGoNano on illegal, harmful, hateful, adult, misleading, or low-quality websites or channels.
Use GoGoNano content, images, logos, or product claims in a way that damages the brand or violates applicable law.

11. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with GoGoNano whenever they share affiliate links, coupon codes, sponsored content, reviews, recommendations, or other promotional content.

The disclosure must be easy to see, easy to understand, and placed close to the affiliate recommendation or link. Disclosure should be made in the same language as the content.

Examples of clear disclosure include:

“I may earn a commission if you buy through my GoGoNano link.”
“Affiliate link: I may earn commission from qualifying purchases.”
“Use my GoGoNano coupon for 5% off. I may earn commission.”

Platform disclosure tools may be used, but they should not replace a clear disclosure in the content itself where required. Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, influencer marketing, consumer protection, privacy, and disclosure laws in the countries where their content is shown.

12. Brand and Marketing Materials

GoGoNano may provide logos, images, product information, talking points, or other promotional materials. Affiliates may use approved materials only for promoting GoGoNano as part of the affiliate program and only while their affiliate account is active.

GoGoNano may ask affiliates to edit or remove content that is outdated, inaccurate, misleading, non-compliant, or inconsistent with the GoGoNano brand. All intellectual property in the GoGoNano brand remains the exclusive property of GOGONANO OÜ.

13. Tracking and Reporting

Affiliate tracking is handled by GoGoNano’s affiliate system. Dashboard statistics are provided for convenience and may be adjusted for refunds, cancellations, fraud checks, tracking corrections, technical issues, or manual review.

GoGoNano’s records are the basis for commission approval and payout decisions.

14. Data Protection

The program may process affiliate application details, payout details, affiliate account data, referral tracking data, and order attribution data.

GoGoNano processes this information to operate the affiliate program, review applications, track referrals, calculate commissions, prevent fraud, make payouts, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Referral tracking cookies are used only where allowed by applicable consent settings and privacy rules. Personal data is processed in accordance with GoGoNano’s Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

15. Suspension and Termination

GoGoNano may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate violates these terms, creates risk for GoGoNano, engages in suspicious or abusive activity, makes misleading claims, fails to disclose the affiliate relationship, or otherwise acts in a way that is not suitable for the program.

If an account is suspended or terminated, GoGoNano may disable affiliate links and coupons, reject pending commissions, withhold payouts while reviewing activity, or cancel commissions connected to violations.

Affiliates may stop participating in the program at any time by contacting GoGoNano.

16. Changes to the Program

GoGoNano may update these terms, commission rates, discount rates, payout rules, qualifying order rules, tracking rules, or program features from time to time.

If changes are material, GoGoNano will make reasonable efforts to communicate them through the website, affiliate dashboard, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Independence — No Agency

The affiliate acts as an independent promoter, not as an employee, agent, representative, distributor, reseller, or legal partner of GoGoNano. The affiliate has no authority to enter into contracts, make commitments, or make representations on behalf of GoGoNano.

18. Limitation of Liability

The affiliate program is provided on an “as available” basis. GoGoNano does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, uninterrupted dashboard access, a specific amount of commission, a specific conversion rate, or continued availability of the program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGoNano is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages connected to participation in the affiliate program. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with the GoGoNano General Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the affiliate program and supersede all prior communications about the program.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
